What size should I buy as a present for my friend who is giving birth very soon?

Babies grow so quickly, that I would personally buy the larger size, maybe 3-6 months, or 6-9 months, so if the baby is too small, they can atleast grow into it.

If the baby is a preemie, I would say that the 0-3 months size would be perfect.
